Road Trip USA Engage Day
Friday 9th November 2018
Year 4 had a fun packed day with Quizzes, Food Tasting, Line dancing and Arts and Craft activities. The children enjoyed dressing up with an American theme and we had some outstanding costumes, including cheerleaders and Captain America. We are really excited about our upcoming topic and this was a fantastic way to get us all engaged.

Autumn 1
1066 - A fantastic start to our year of hard work! We travelled through historical issues that led to the Battle of Hastings. We learnt about life as a Norman child and tested our sewing skills when replicating a part of the Bayeaux Tapestry.
Welcome to Year 4!
It has been a fantastic start to the year with all the children ready for learning and keen to impress.
Last week, we had an informative start to our current history topic - 1066. The children were fully involved in recreating the Battle of Hastings and got very hands on with some amazing artefacts.
Please ensure children know their Reading Day and have their Home Reader and diary with them.
PE days are Wednesday and Thursday. Please ensure your children have their full PE kit on these days.
